Welcome to the Cameroon Kids Education Foundation
The Cameroon Kids Education Foundation (CKEF) is committed to nurturing the future of Cameroon by providing access to education for impoverished children and victims of war. Our primary goal is to fundraise to cover the cost of education—preferably Catholic education—for these children.
In 2022, before we were formed as a 501(c)(3), we were able to help cover school tuition for approximately 30 children. This year, our goal is to double that number. We are led by Father Denis Tameh, a dedicated Cameroonian Catholic Priest, and supported by a team of compassionate friends who share our commitment to helping Cameroonians.
Our History and the Current Need
Cameroon is currently experiencing a conflict that has left many of its citizens, particularly children, in dire need of support. Many families have lost their homes, and tragically, some have lost loved ones. As a consequence, many families lack the financial means to afford tuition for their children's education.
This is where CKEF steps in. While we can't replace a lost family member, we can provide affected children with the opportunity for a better future through education. With just $100, you can cover the cost of an entire year of Catholic school education for a child in Cameroon.
